DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Suapstore make deliveries within Australia only.

If your delivery method is made by Australia Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes.  If  another courier option they may or may not enable PO Box delivery.

FREE SHIPPING is available nationally however we do exclude some remote and regional areas, for these areas contact us for delivery options. Standard delivery terms apply, 

The products promoted on this site are all available from Supastore and National Suppliers the time they are advertised.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed.  If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless over the delivery method for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend..

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at support@supastore.com.au

DELIVERIES

We  offer local deliveries for all products sold on https://www.supastore.com.au/. All deliveries are fulfilled by our warehouse service. Your order confirmation email will have provided you with the details , if you have any questions relating to your order please contact us.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

We require a signature as proof of identification, if you refuse to sign we will be unable to hand over the goods. Due to the nature of the goods we supply we do not generally offer an Authority to Leave however you may organize this with your local store if you wish. If you have given the store an Authority to Leave at your property you are accepting all responsibility for the product once it is delivered to your property. Non-delivery claims will not be accepted.
